COVID INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Read the current chapter by accessing the online book that is located on this website
  2. Complete the Vocabulary for the current chapters while you are gone.
  3. Complete the Lesson Assessment questions #1, #2, & #3 located at the end of EACH LESSON.
  4. All chapter vocabulary work and assessment questions will be turned in as a Unit packet at the end of each Unit or when you return to school.
  5. FINAL STEP – On Schoology TAKE THE TESTS needed to complete the chapter or unit.

CLASSWORK

1. Vocabulary – It will be turned in and graded. (I have twenty-five years of experience that says it helps you learn and remember).

2. The three questions at the end of each lesson. (They help you learn, if you do not know the answers…… you have not yet learned.

3. The test is online follow the test link. (This will be graded, and can be retaken 5 times before you need additional permission).

WELLNESS FINAL OUTCOMES GUIDELINES
 
Written Essay
·         4 – 5 pages with one reference
·         MLA/APA format (12 pt font, double spaced, title page, reference page)
·         Components of the paper  (5 topics labeled and italicized)
I. Intro Paragraph
II. Personal Philosophy:   Define your personal philosophy regarding lifelong wellness
III. Beliefs & Behaviors: Describe in careful thought how your behaviors and beliefs have changed and influence your lifelong wellness from the beginning of the course to today?  Please provide at least two concrete examples from the activities, journals, etc. that we have completed over the course of the semester.
IV. Dimensions of Wellness:  Reflect on the dimensions of wellness and summarize what you learned from all seven.  What dimension of wellness did you find the most growth?  Please give detailed examples.

Intellectual - (mind) - goals, planning
Emotional - (feelings) - hormones, reactions
Social - (family, friends, relationships) -
